Remote Logistics Coordinator, Fleet Management

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily fleet activities, ensuring efficient reputed company planning, timely deliveries, and effective communication between drivers, reputed company, and clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring driver performance, managing delivery schedules, troubleshooting logistical challenges, maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily activities of a large fleet of vehicles. Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness. Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules using GPS tracking systems. Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers regarding delivery status and potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges that arise during operations. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to reputed company local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Process shipping documents and update shipment statuses in the transportation management system (TMS). Assist with the onboarding and training of new drivers. Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the logistics department.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a reputed company transportation role. Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and GPS tracking software. Strong understanding of reputed company planning, reputed company operations, and delivery logistics. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
