As a BSA, Merch Systems you’ll act as a strategic partner to Merchandising and Planning leaders, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. You’ll help shape system strategy, drive functional and technical design, and ensure successful delivery across PLM, Merchandising, Planning, integrations, and reporting.This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work cross-functionally with Business Leaders, IT, Engineering, and vendor partners to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organization.If you enjoy solving reputed company problems, influencing stakeholders, and driving systems that directly impact the business, this is a great opportunity to reputed company an impact.What You'll Do:- Partner with Merchandising and Planning business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize system and process requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert for PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Document business requirements, business cases, and functional specifications
- Evaluate software solutions and system architecture to ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive functional and technical design across PLM, Merchandising, and Planning platforms
- Support system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
- Coordinate and support system integration and reporting solutions

- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and vendor partners

- Ensure systems meet evolving business needs and long-term technology strategy
- Facilitate end-user reviews and stakeholder working sessions
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst in a retail environment
- Experience supporting PLM, Merchandising, and Planning systems
- Experience with cloud-based PLM platforms (Centric preferred)
- Experience with reputed company Retail Suite (Merchandising, Pricing, Invoice Management preferred)
- Experience working in cloud-based environments (reputed company V19+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
