We're looking for an reputed company VMware Architect/Subject Matter Expert to join our organization in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor, designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise virtualization solutions. You will be responsible for architecting reputed company infrastructure environments, providing expert guidance on VMware technologies, and ensuring the highest standards of system performance, reputed company, and reliability across our organization.

You will design, architect and implement enterprise‑grade virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere, vCenter, and associated technologies, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, and reputed company with organizational requirements. Define and maintain holistic virtualization strategies encompassing reputed company planning, performance optimisation, high availability, and disaster recovery, supporting business continuity and long‑term growth.

• Similar experience in a prior role under large scale project environment
• Significant years of hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies in enterprise environments
• Advanced proficiency with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and hypervisor management
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing virtualization architectures for large-scale data centers
• Strong knowledge of VMware advanced technologies such as vSAN, NSX, Horizon, and vRealize Suite
• Experience with performance tuning, reputed company planning, and optimization of virtualized environments
• Solid understanding of storage technologies, networking, and reputed company as they relate to virtualization
• Proven ability to troubleshoot reputed company technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification or equivalent industry-recognized credential
