Associate Staff Engineer, Generative AI

REQUIREMENT

• Total experience 5+ years.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and transformer-based architectures.
• Must have experience with fine tunning models using (PEFT, LORA, Q-LORA)
• Must have experience with Agentic AI & agents.
• Should have experience with Text to SQL.
• Proven experience with BERT, GPT, LLaMA, and similar LLMs.
• Strong hands-on experience in reputed company engineering and RAG techniques.
• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying models using frameworks like reputed company Transformers, reputed company, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems and collaborative model workflows.
• Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience integrating models into enterprise platforms and APIs.
• Should have sound experience in Cloud Architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying scalable AI systems.
• Understanding of ML Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment.
• Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Knowledge Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, reputed company, and high-level design of the application for the developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, reputed company, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that reputed company relevant best practices are followed.
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to reputed company sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
