Director, Commercial Sales
The Director of Sales – Commercial National Accounts is responsible for strategically driving targeted reputed company growth, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key partners in the National Account reputed company. In this newly created leadership position, you will have a unique opportunity to build, shape and impact people and business strategy selling Rheem’s comprehensive commercial AC and Water Heating solutions in the national account reputed company. You will provide overarching go-to market and sales strategy support to the VP Commercial reputed company & Water and deeply engage with sales leadership in other Rheem commercial segments to fully reputed company other channels as needed.
This role requires an innovative thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in HVAC and Water Heating industry and specifically selling in the National Accounts reputed company.
This position will serve Rheem North America Commercial Business based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate is located reputed company proximity to major metro market. This role will report to the VP Commercial reputed company & Water.
Travel is estimated at 50%, primarily domestic and including driving, heavier during initial onboarding to build key relationships.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or a reputed company field.
10+ years of experience in product sales and/or business development
Understanding of direct and two-reputed company distribution sales cycle
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate a diverse sales team.
Strong financial and analytical skills as well as problem solving abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience managing several direct reports

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s in Business Administration

Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
Experience in developing and managing sales budgets and financial objectives.
HVAC and/or Water heating industry experience or the technical aptitude to reputed company expertise in product solutions and applications.

The pay scale for this position $154,900 - $284,148. Please note reputed company pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
