Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our customers, handling inquiries, reservations, and support reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
• Working entryway peruser/scanner and reputed company tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items, and leave line models
• Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and takeoff entryway declarations
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out methods
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' items at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card item exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Helping reputed company with self-service stand registration and booth item handling at ticket counters
• Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or potentially unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer assistance work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
• Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations
• Providing interfacing traveler reputed company information
• Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's rules
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree and prior professional training
• Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• To meet FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• To be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company identifications, if material
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements
• To be eligible to work in the U.S.
