Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center stage, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. You'll work closely with our external partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive exceptional customer experiences, prioritize projects, and manage risks and constraints. This is a senior role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools
