  • Providing manual and educational support to callers on their prescription benefits, use strategy, formulary, superiors, and standing of orders, as well as claims or inquiries
  • Asking relevant questions and actively listening to callers while recording necessary information in computer systems
  • Identifying issues and corresponding options and actions to customers, pharmacies, and doctors regarding prescribed orders and reorders
  • Making outgoing calls to customers regarding prescription orders and remittance problems

Requirements

To be considered for the Customer Service Coordinator position at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or equivalent job experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, including delivering service over the phone
