Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

• Provide service to patients in a professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

• Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
• Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
• Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
• Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
