Job Responsibilities:

* Answer Incoming Phone Calls: Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure quality service.

• Cross-Sell Credit Union Products and Services: Promote our credit union services to enhance member relationships and drive business growth.
• Assist and Train Members: Help members navigate our automated services, providing support and training to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.

* Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
