Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate.
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues.
• Meeting sales objectives as defined.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay composed and objective.

• Superior negotiating skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a successful remote work experience, you'll need:

• Internet Requirements:
