Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will assist our customers who have been reputed company with one of our partnered insurance companies. You will work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded, helping customers every day by ensuring their insurance needs are met and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company.

Job Requirements
