What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries and requests, responding to them according to need and situation
• Communicating with customers reputed company different channels (e.g. phone, mail, or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience
• Using various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating problems to the appropriate groups reputed company necessary

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Prior working experience in a service organization is desired

• Willingness to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
• German reputed company (applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state)

Ideally, You'll Have:
