Job Description
As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platforms. Your main objective will be to assist our customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have, while maintaining a positive and professional tone. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your interactions will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner through our chat platforms
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department reputed company necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and going above and beyond in your interactions
- Document reputed company customer interactions and inquiries for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
