Immediate Start – Remote Opportunity

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company on a part-time basis (20-30 hours/week). This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate, with the flexibility to work from home and choose your own schedule (4-6 hours/day, Monday to Friday). A major plus is being able to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday, so if you're a night owl, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service reputed company live chat, email, phone, and video calls
• Resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Offering guidance and support to customers on our product features and functionality
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer experiences

Compensation
