The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to process prescriptions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services
