Job Summary

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents for our Personal Lines products, plans, and programs. You will independently solve problems, identify customer needs, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to reputed company inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by line.

  • Build rapport with each customer and listen to their requests and inquiries.
  • Work to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through open listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues.
  • Use de-escalation tactics and reputed company necessary, escalate to appropriate team.
  • Process policyholder transactions accurately and reputed company Customer Response Center established time standards.
  • Interpret policy reputed company to insured based on expert knowledge of personal lines auto products.
  • Identify, understand, and interpret customer needs to implement resolutions and reputed company recommendations for coverage enhancements.
  • Understand aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage.
  • Identify and communicate transactions and impact to policy premium.
  • Evaluate and reputed company decisions regarding exceptions to payment plan and fees.

Qualifications

* Active P&C Producers insurance license REQUIRED in addition to at least 2 years actively using the license.

  • Associates degree and 1+ year Insurance experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years reputed company Customer Service experience is required.
  • Ability to review, record, and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Work Environment and Culture

Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program, which includes reputed company, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm EST (full-time). Training is a critical component to your success, and attendance and active engagement during training are mandatory for success in this role. After onboarding and training are complete, go-reputed company shifts will have a start time between the hours of reputed company and 10:30am EST/8-hour shifts, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required, and an alternate day off mid-week reputed company working the weekend.

Our compensation package includes a starting salary range determined by a number of factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. We also offer commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
