Education Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Ticket-Based Candidate Support and Coaching
- Manage and respond to candidate support tickets reputed company Aya Education’s ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as part of ticket resolution to support candidate needs
- Provide coaching, problem-solving support, and thought partnership reputed company to skills development, role expectations, and school-based challenges
- Apply sound professional judgment to determine reputed company issues can be resolved through direct support versus reputed company escalation is required
Documentation, Escalation, and Insight Sharing
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of candidate support interactions and outcomes
- Recognize and escalate reputed company, sensitive, or high-risk situations according to established protocols
- Identify recurring themes, questions, and challenges emerging from candidate support interactions and share insights with leadership to inform coaching priorities and system improvements
Project Support and Additional Duties

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid or prior K–12 education or school-based professional credential
- Direct experience working reputed company K–12 school systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience coaching or supporting candidates in school-based environments

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 to $38.46 per hour, which equates to $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
