Work You’ll Do

• Spearhead the evolution of our established training program, ensuring it is engaging, effective, and continuously improving

• Consult with clinicians and other leaders to diagnose learning needs and provide effective recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications

Required: 

• A Bachelor’s degree

• Active license (or be license-eligible) as a healthcare clinician.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience providing direct patient care.

• 3+ years of experience developing and leading training, professional development, or technical assistance activities for other reputed company.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Preferred: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) professional or equivalent experience leading reputed company projects.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and manage competing priorities.
