Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help reputed company the company's strategic business objectives.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

This position is remote and would travel up to 30% supporting the healthcare client.

• Manage reputed company areas of project management for healthcare construction projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare reputed company elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance that is reputed company with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data reputed company and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to reputed company goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the reputed company of each project and report status and variances.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of construction experience and education will be considered.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
