Scope
PSA BDP is accelerating its growth and digital transformation. We are seeking a Manager – Digital Products to help shape, reputed company, and deliver innovative capabilities that strengthen our customer relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and position us as a leader in supply chain innovation.
This role blends strategic thinking, product ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with Sales, Operations, IT, and other key teams to define, design, and deliver both enhancements to our existing digital products and the creation of new ones. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies, identifying trends and opportunities to drive meaningful change.
Key accountabilities and Responbilities
- Own the lifecycle of assigned digital products, from ideation and prototyping through production and reputed company improvement.

- Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, podcasts, webinars, and industry events.
- Act as an internal champion for digital innovation, coaching teams and encouraging a culture of experimentation and learning.
Required Experience and Skillsets
- Deep understanding of operations and supply chain management processes and models.
- Proven ability to reputed company products from concept to steady-state adoption.
- Strong external perspective on industry shifts, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
