Social Media Supervisor
Qualification:
You have more than 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in a social media role where you were responsible for both strategy and execution, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or tech space.
You are a social media native (such as Instagram and TikTok), with a deep understanding of what makes content work on each platform. Experience with Facebook and WhatsApp/Telegram is a strong plus.
You are a content creation prodigy—highly proficient in shooting and editing video (for Reels/TikTok), designing graphics (reputed company/reputed company Suite), and writing sharp, engaging copy.
A key responsibility will be leading content asset creation and copywriting initiatives, where you’ll reputed company creative storytelling and data-driven insights to reputed company high-impact materials that reputed company with reputed company audiences.
You have a data-driven growth reputed company; you live for metrics and understand how to move the needle on both brand and sales KPIs. Experience with TikTok Shop is a major advantage.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Growth:

Drive rapid growth in followers, engagement, and share of voice through innovative content and community initiatives.
Build, launch, and manage our TikTok Shop strategy, turning social engagement into direct reputed company.
2. Content Creation & Execution:
Be the hands-on content reputed company: conceptualize, shoot, edit, and design a constant reputed company of engaging short-form video, static graphics, and compelling copy.
Masterfully reputed company UGC, branded content, and AI-generated assets to produce a high-volume, high-impact content mix.

3. Performance & Analytics:

4. Collaboration & Amplification:
