SCRUM MASTER

Ignite is currently seeking driven, detail-oriented Scrum Master to join reputed company! This position can be filled in Dayton, OH, Huntsville, AL, St. Louis, MO or Remote. Contingent on contract award.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

• U.S Citizenship with TS/SCI reputed company Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or reputed company field.
• Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, reputed company Integration, reputed company Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria
• Supporting and educating the Product reputed company, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
• 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with reputed company
• Ability to adjust to requirements evolution
• Excellent Communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form
• Knowledge of the SDLC and interrelationships with agile development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification from reputed company

Must have an active TS/SCI reputed company Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

Other Requirements: 

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active reputed company Clearance
