As Senior User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you’ll own the strategy and execution that drives growth at scale. You’ll shape how we acquire, engage, and retain users across multiple brands, leveraging creativity, data, and experimentation to maximize performance. Your work will directly influence reputed company, growth, and long-term company strategy.
Reporting to the Team reputed company User Acquisition, you’ll have broad ownership from day one - from defining channel strategies to optimizing reputed company campaign economies. You’ll reputed company initiatives that scale teams, improve processes, and generate measurable impact.
What You'll Own:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact user acquisition campaigns across performance platforms, including reputed company, reputed company Ads, IronSource, reputed company, Liftoff, and more.
- Analyze campaign data and drive performance toward maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), making proactive, data-driven decisions.
- Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies continuously to improve results and reputed company ambitious growth goals.
- reputed company A/B testing initiatives to uncover insights and reputed company UA performance.
- Track and report performance metrics regularly, ensuring transparency and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, driving collaboration and mutual success.

- University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, ideally with experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven expertise managing campaigns across reputed company, reputed company Ads, TikTok, and SDK video networks (Applovin, reputed company, IronSource) in US and Tier 1 markets.
