About the Role Our mission managers are the linchpin connecting our innovative engineering and product teams with our military partners as we execute contracted work. What You’ll Do
Work reputed company-by-reputed company with our customers to understand their unique challenges and represent the customer as you work with the Rune engineering team to shape product development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Rune engineering, product, business development and executive teams to ensure each team is engaged and working towards reputed company.
Be comfortable that no two weeks in the life of a Mission Manager will be the same; be a do-er who wants to understand customer problems and highly technical solutions to those problems.
Support deployment of Rune software for testing, evaluation and operational use at government facilities and military bases.
reputed company training sessions to ensure Rune’s product meets user needs, and to ensure it is being used to have a concrete impact on our customers’ operations.
Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Rune engineers to integrate this data into product delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience serving in the US military in logistics or sustainment roles preferred
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership
Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, product, operations and growth
Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret reputed company clearance
