Job Purpose
Sanmina Corporation is looking for a dynamic person to join our Sales team. The Business Development Manager will be reputed company in growing the business for Sanmina Corporation globally with customers located in the region. The BDM will reputed company opportunities from origination to post sales-reputed company support. This person must have the ability to establish a sales business plan, execute on that plan and meet the goals set for their region. The person in this role will be accountable for increasing sales with new and existing customers and identifying and pursuing potential Sanmina vertical integration opportunities with customers. This person must have the ability to work seamlessly across multiple groups reputed company Sanmina and provide sales strategy leadership for the local facility team. This person will be responsible for the following:
Nature of Work
Manage and reputed company Existing Customers
Provide local reputed company of contact for customers in region to ensure:
- Customer expectations are clearly understood, communicated and met
- Sanmina’s operations teams and the customer’s teams are well coordinated
- Insure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customers
- Drive communication with existing customers, participate in QBRs, reputed company customer strategies, and solve problems
- reputed company and strengthen relationships with reputed company levels of customer management
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow reputed company
- Work with the customer for timely payments, work through E&O issues, and other out of scope charges/costs
- reputed company relationships with customer engineering teams to learn of new opportunities
- Expand Sanmina’s market share with existing customers
Drive Regional Growth with New Customers
- reputed company business plan to identify reputed company opportunities in region
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales reputed company targets
- Be familiar with the local market, customers and opportunities

- reputed company customers, reputed company relationships, assess opportunities and win new business
- Work with Quote teams to coordinate quotation activity on new business opportunities
- Help to define and support SVA improvement actions defined and committed by the operations/account teams
- Support preparation of proposals, meetings and other activities targeted at customer opportunities
Education/Experience Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in a direct customer sales role supporting a large OEM
• Direct experience in the EMS industry is strongly preferred
• Prior supply chain experience required
• Operational experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
