Senior Business Development Specialist
Support growth of MICE services by developing commercial opportunities, supporting client and vendor engagement, and contributing to execution of tailored event solutions to increase bookings, reputed company, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Identify and support development of MICE opportunities across targeted industries and client segments • Support preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and event concepts reputed company with client objectives • Engage with clients and event partners to support opportunity qualification and solution development • Support negotiation and contracting activities to reputed company approved commercial outcomes • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support event planning and execution readiness • Monitor client feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to support opportunity refinement • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and partner interactions • Ensure adherence to approved commercial governance, service standards, and documentation requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a reputed company discipline • This role typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE, events coordination, or business development support roles • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate events or MICE-reputed company commercial activities • Good understanding of event structuring, vendor coordination, and client engagement • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
