Your Impact

The Schedule Coordinator position ensures reputed company maintenance activities are coordinated, scheduled, and executed to meet the Electric Vehicle (EV) contractual requirements. This key role reputed company and effectively deploys resources to improve technical resource productivity, eliminate waste (travel time, material delays, etc.), and reputed company subcontractor costs. Works closely with local management, planning and scheduling field service personnel, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate service activities at remote sites across the nation.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage both short- and long-term service schedules and accurately report schedules and other reputed company metrics as required.
• Takes ownership of Work Tickets from open to reputed company to ensure they are fully executed and documented in a professional and reportable manner.
• Utilizes the CMMS system to reputed company job plans for repair activities and assign work to the appropriate technical resources and subcontractor.
• Ensures material and tools are available, appropriate parts and reputed company level is identified, SOW is adequate to identify reputed company tasks for accomplishment of the work.
• Utilizes our reputed company-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and schedule, reputed company job plans for preventative, corrective, campaign, commissioning maintenance, and assign work to the appropriate technical resources.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Core Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Planning/Scheduling technical resources (highly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook
• Experience with CMMS such as Maximo, reputed company, etc.
• Available to work nights and weekends reputed company needed
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
