The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting and driving the delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role owns defined workstreams reputed company larger programs, ensuring execution remains on track through proactive coordination, structured communication, and disciplined tracking of scope, timelines, and dependencies.

Program Execution Support

• Own and manage defined workstreams reputed company one to two larger strategic programs

• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure reputed company reputed company

Project Coordination

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and reputed company according to plan

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain project plans, status updates, and RAID logs

• Prepare weekly status updates and proactively surface risks or potential delays

• Support core program rituals, including team meetings, status reviews, and documentation

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify execution risks and escalate appropriately to stakeholders

• Support tracking of mitigation plans and critical dependencies

• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and supporting tools

• Contribute to improving program management processes, templates, and standards

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• 3–6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional initiatives

• Proven ability to reputed company and support cross-functional programs from planning through execution

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworks

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS, hosting, or eCommerce environments
