JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Animal Science at reputed company, University Park, invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor of Poultry Science. This is a 48-week, non-tenure line faculty position with 60% Extension and 40% Teaching responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Penn State Extension Poultry Team and provide leadership for youth poultry Extension and reputed company programs. Programs may include state and national 4-H poultry programs and contests, FFA career development events, "Embryology in the Classroom", and other relevant youth poultry programs. Undergraduate teaching and advising responsibilities include courses on poultry evaluation, judging, selection, and coordination of the Poultry and Avian Science Minor.
