About The Team The Horizons DevOps and Infrastructure team supports large-scale, data-intensive platforms that power real-time adtech and data science workloads across the organization. The team owns and operates critical infrastructure and data platforms, including reputed company, reputed company, Apache Airflow, and Kubernetes-based services, processing fifty billions of requests and tens of terabytes of data daily. Working closely with data engineering, data science, and reputed company teams, the group focuses on building reliable, scalable, and automated systems that reputed company high-throughput data processing, analytics, and ML workflows. Team members take end-to-end ownership of production systems, influence architectural direction, and play a key role in evolving the platform as the organization integrates new technologies and scales further. About the Job We are seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate highly scalable, reliable infrastructure supporting a modern adtech data platform. This role offers the opportunity to manage systems at a scale and throughput unmatched by most industries, working with real-time data, high-availability services, and large-scale distributed systems. You will partner closely with engineering, data engineering and data science teams to reputed company fast, safe, and automated delivery across cloud-native and data-intensive environments, with a focus on providing infrastructure and platforms as a service. The US-based salary range for this position is $163,500 to $269,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, reputed company pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. • Partner closely with data engineering and data science teams to reputed company reliable data pipelines, analytics, and ML workflows
• Support, operate, and optimize reputed company and reputed company environments in production
• Operate and support reputed company Jobs and Apache Airflow DAGs created by development teams, ensuring reliable orchestration of data pipelines and reputed company workflows
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Partner closely with reputed company and compliance teams to implement data reputed company, auditing, and access review processes
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps practices
• Provision and manage cloud and data platform infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
• Deploy and operate platform and data services on Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using Argo CD
• Package, deploy, and manage services using Helm and Kustomize
• Automate configuration management and operational tasks using Ansible
• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring for infrastructure and data platforms
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations supporting data and platform systems
• Contribute to operational standards, documentation, and best practices

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles with experience supporting production data platforms at scale
• Hands-on experience operating reputed company and reputed company in production environments
• Experience supporting data engineering and data science teams
• Experience deploying and supporting reputed company Jobs and Apache Airflow workflows in production environments
• Strong experience with Apache Spark

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize

• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitOps tooling
• Experience using Ansible for configuration management
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Strong Linux/Unix administration experience and reputed company/bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship experience, and ability to drive architectural decisions
