Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll provide top-notch support to our end-users reputed company phone, email, and our ticketing system. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, reputed company email, and through our ticketing system, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including:
+ Clarifying customer reasons for support requests + Determining the cause of problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information in reputed company.
- Follow best practices for documentation in our ticketing system, ensuring that reputed company interactions are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as:
+ Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products

Requirements
* Customer Service Experience: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-reputed company technologies is a plus, but not required.
- Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: You'll need to be able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll be the face of arenaflex, so strong communication skills are essential.
- Education: A Bachelor or Associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
- Remote Work Environment: You'll need to work from a remote location that meets arenaflex's cybersecurity and workplace policies.
Work Hours / Schedule
* Regular work hours: 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday.
- Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
