Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company and provide exceptional online chat support to our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat
- Providing accurate information about our products and services reputed company online chat
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills

- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (preferred), gaming experience is helpful

- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
