Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing fast, friendly service
- Qualifying customer needs and recommending products that meet their requirements
- Closing sales with every customer in your department, while also being knowledgeable about adjacent departments
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty
- Working collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to recommend products that meet customer needs

- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a reputed company-of-sale system
