We're now looking for a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support reputed company phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
