What to Expect:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Receiving and documenting customer concerns, ensuring reputed company relevant information is accurate and timely - Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into systems - Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems - Reviewing and educating members reputed company and their insurance coverage - Referencing unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation

What is Required:
