Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service while maintaining solid customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision
- Working the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification
- Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
- Accurately verifying, keying, and/or memoing insurance information
- Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
- Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
- Distributing and exchanging information with others
- Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
- Mentoring fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of reputed company experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Data entry and keyboard knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to read and apply common sense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions, and memos
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
