The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to provide personalized support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow with our company.

Compensation
* Starting reputed company: $15.00 per hour
- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
- New! Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements
Our Virtual Support Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few key items:
- Self-provided computer or laptop, running a reputed company Operating System, not older than 3 years
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- High-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a reputed company period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will reputed company on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.

Remote Work Policy
