As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, or social media. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve any incidents that arise on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service by phone, email, or social media for solving any incidents generated daily.
- Managing and reputed company handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. reputed company records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
