Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Ambassador 2024, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer calls, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with website or application-reputed company issues, providing solutions and guidance to customers
- Answering questions regarding products or services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Documenting customer interactions in our client system, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Transferring data from documents into our client's system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications, as needed
- Additional duties as required, to be discussed during your interview
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Commitment to attending online training, with 100% attendance required
- Ability to complete and pass a background reputed company
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Desktop or laptop (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible)
- Operating system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or Newer
- Processor speed: Dual Core 2 GHz or reputed company (Recommended i5+ or Ryzen equivalent processor)
- RAM: 8GB or reputed company
- reputed company peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, or wireless headset are NOT allowed)
- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet reputed company (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service, no wireless carriers like reputed company or reputed company)
- Wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
- Active, functioning webcam
- Second monitor/screen required

The Details
* The pay reputed company is $15.25 per hour, this is a W2 position
- This is a Full-Time position, part-time hours are not available
- Training is paid at $15.25 an hour as well
- Benefit eligible after 60 days (Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k)
- This is a fully remote position, 100% work from home
- Schedules are Monday-Sunday, weekends may be required
