Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support reputed company email, social media, and other communication channels. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to reputed company customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

• Investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, escalating them to the supervisor or team members as needed
• Process refunds, compile and submit chargeback disputes, and maintain accurate records
• Document customer issues and create bug tickets, where necessary
• Participate in regular video team meetings to discuss customer feedback, share knowledge, and collaborate with the team
• Meet performance and response metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Occasionally, assist in testing sites before and after updates to ensure seamless functionality

Required Qualifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar and spelling

• 1+ year(s) experience in a dedicated customer support role (food service does not count)
• Ability to participate in virtual and video meetings
• Experience with remote work preferred
• Experience in banking or handling payment transactions preferred
• High technical/web literacy
• Experience and interest in writing preferred
• Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content

• Experience working in a tech company or with similar software and tools
• Familiarity with reputed company, Groove, Jira, Trello, reputed company Drive, and reputed company
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Time Frame

The anticipated start date is October, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from reputed company in the world with a strong, reliable internet reputed company. You will work every other week for approximately 10 hours per week in fall-winter-spring and 6 hours per week in summer.

Compensation

* Competitive hourly reputed company of $20 USD/hour
