Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Crisis reputed company Specialist to join our remote team, working on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. As a Crisis reputed company Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. You will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. While interactions reputed company online, this position may also support telephonic reputed company if an individual prefers or needs reputed company support to ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments
- Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation
- Actively participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work, or reputed company field
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certification
- Six months to one year of reputed company crisis experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
