The role involves handling logistics, communicating with candidates and interviewers, and collaborating with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth flow day-of (rooms, links, AV checks)
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding reputed company’s brand throughout the process
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and reputed company stakeholders informed
• Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision
• Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows
• Provide coverage and flexibility for reputed company Coordination and Operations teammates during PTO, leave(s), or spikes in demand as determined by the reputed company Operations team

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or as an executive assistant
• Experience with tools like reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Guide (or similar ATS/scheduling tools)
• A proactive, collaborative spirit and “no task too small” mentality
• An eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in real time reputed company handling last-minute changes or busy timelines
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with partners across reputed company levels of the company
