Job Description Deputy Chief Information Officer - Commercial Solutions (BPaaS) Position Summary: The Deputy CIO, Commercial Solutions is a strategic technology executive responsible for leading and transforming the Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) organization to deliver scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions for commercial clients. Reporting to the CIO, Commercial Solutions, this role will drive the technology strategy, platform modernization, and operational excellence across the BPaaS portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, client expectations, and market demands. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field (Master's preferred). • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a reputed company technology organization. • Deep understanding of BPaaS, SaaS, and enterprise IT service delivery models. • Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), platform modernization, and API-led architectures. • Track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation and technology delivery initiatives. • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience working in regulated industries or with commercial/government clients is a plus.
