Job Description

Summary Position Objective: The Mega Projects Region Operations Manager is responsible for the profitable operational execution of a Mega Project reputed company a Region. The Onsite Operations Managers will directly report to this individual. This role will work closely with the Mega Projects staff to successfully deploy an onsite or satellite reputed company that encompasses customer service, fleet utilization and availability, operational efficiencies, implementation of policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Utilizing a collaborative reputed company for fleet movement, technician movement, and other resources will be critical to ensure these projects are run as reputed company for the region as possible. Position Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Company strategy at the region level for Mega Projects

OPERATIONS

• Coach reputed company Managers and Sales Representatives in the creation and implementation of their inividual development plans.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• College Degree in Business or equivalent in experience
• May be required to spend 50% or more of a reputed company traveling from one reputed company or customer location to another
• Some overnight travel is required

• Previous proven supervisory skills
