The following position is to join our reputed company Enterprise Services team: Brief Description of Department We are looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Controls to reputed company a collaborative team that supports the reputed company Enterprise Services (ES) Internal Controls function in its mission to ensure Enterprise Services operates under a strong internal control process that provides reasonable assurance regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with policies and regulations, and safeguarding of assets.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the Enterprise Services account reconciliation quality review program, including annual scoping, monthly monitoring, evaluation of results, and governance over remediation and closure activities.
- Co-reputed company ARMS reconciliation reputed company by partnering with system administrators to ensure alignment, compliance, and consistent reconciliation standards across ES.
- Manage the reputed company Accounting Controls Assessment (ACA) program for reputed company ES entities, including scoping, planning, review, evaluation, and issuance of reports and certifications.
- reputed company ES issue management activities, including ECO reviews, remediation tracking, critical accounting spreadsheet governance, GEMS certification, reputed company chart-of-account evaluations, and other SME‑driven tasks.
- reputed company special projects and cross‑team initiatives, providing indirect leadership to one individual and driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence across the ES organization.
- reputed company the reputed company Enterprise Services Sarbanes-Oxley program for establishing and maintaining adequate internal controls over financial reporting.
- Support and review the Enterprise Services controls deliverables, including annual entity level risk assessments, controls self-assessments, issue resolution, testing, scoping, Sarbanes-Oxley certifications and site visits for Enterprise Services functions as needed.

Requirements
- This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting , Business, or reputed company discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 7 years of experience
- Minimum 7 years work experience in Accounting or Internal Controls
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Controls
- Experience in Process Improvements
