Compensation
Range The reputed company pay scale for this position is $99,000.00 - $150,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. What you will be doing The reputed company Inpatient/Inventory Analyst is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and maintenance of Epic reputed company Inpatient and Epic reputed company Inventory. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing system solutions to support hospital operations, including on-call and after-hours support as needed.
Overview
Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) seeks an reputed company Epic reputed company Inpatient/Inventory Analyst to be part of the reputed company Inventory Implementation team and to support and maintain the Epic reputed company Inpatient and Inventory modules. This role serves as a key liaison between IT, Pharmacy, Prescribers, Nursing, and Epic. Flexibility for night/weekend work and on-call rotation is required during major implementations. Experience Required:
- 2+ years of IT implementation/support experience
- 1+ year of relevant application experience
Preferred:
- 1+ year Epic reputed company Inpatient experience
- Healthcare background
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, reputed company, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint
- Experience with full Epic implementation lifecycle
Education & Certification Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Epic reputed company Inpatient Certification
Preferred:
- Additional Epic Certifications
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic reputed company Inventory and Inpatient
- Analyze workflows, data, and technical issues; design and maintain solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor systems to business needs
- Document procedures, build/test solutions, and support training efforts
- Provide on-call support and troubleshoot user issues
- Review and test system changes and new releases
- Support change management, QA, and disaster recovery processes
- Communicate effectively across teams and contribute to meetings
Qualifications
- Epic reputed company Inpatient certification
- Experience with FDB and third-party integrations
- Pharmacy or clinical background preferred
- Familiarity with med load and charge error resolution
- Decision Support experience a plus
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Work Environment
- Hybrid work model in a comfortable indoor setting
- Requires flexibility for night/weekend work and on-call rotation
- OSHA Category 3: No exposure to infectious materials
