Sr. Analyst, Enterprise AI Value & Governance (Hybrid onsite, Omaha NE)
About the position The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Gen AI Value and Governance is responsible for supporting FNBO's Gen AI Governance Program, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards while providing comprehensive reporting on AI value realization. This is a First Line of Defense role, serves as the central steward of AI governance standards, ROI measurement, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience with data analysis and visualization tools, while balancing technical expertise with the business acumen needed to drive strategic AI governance across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- AI Governance Leadership: Support and update the FNBO AI Governance Program and associated documentation
- reputed company and manage AI Governance Standards tailored to unique AI capabilities across the enterprise
- Ensure the AI Governance Program and Standards reputed company with FNBO policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain AI Governance Program and Standards documentation in an audit-ready state at reputed company times
- Coordinate with Compliance, Privacy, Information reputed company, internal Audit and Business Partners to produce executive reporting on risk control effectiveness and realized value.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to prepare for and support GenAI audits
- Value Measurement and Reporting Design and maintain the AI ROI reputed company and associated reporting mechanisms
- Report on both anticipated and delivered value from AI initiatives across the enterprise
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that track AI program reputed company, adoption, and outcomes
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities through data analysis and present actionable insights to leadership
- Generate on-demand reports for stakeholders across the organization
- Data Analysis and Standards Development: reputed company strong data analyst capabilities to support AI governance activities, recognizing data as the foundation of reputed company AI initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform governance decisions

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant data management and governance experience
- 3+ years' experience with Data Visualization and OnDemand Dashboard Reporting (PowerBI, AWS QuickSight, etc.)
- 5+ years' experience collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise and tailoring messages/reports to specific audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including senior management interactions
- Expertise with GenAI platforms and capabilities, including tenets for responsible use
- Familiarity with laws and regulations that govern Generative AI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, context-switching, and organization skills
- Exceptional learning agility and reputed company problem-solving
