The CRM Specialist is responsible for helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective use of CRM data across the firm, supporting business development and marketing efforts and enabling reliable insights. Responsibilities: Manage CRM data updates and change requests, including record creation, updates, deduplication, discrepancy resolution, and data standardization. Provide day‑to‑day support to CRM users, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with training needs. Participate in testing and validation of new CRM features and configuration changes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants supporting the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the CRM platform.
