Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative - $16/HR
Now Hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Reps looking for call center experience and fluent French and Spanish bilingual skills!! This is fully remote at $16/hr!! Must reside in the US and work in the US to be qualified!! MUST HAVES Fluent in English and French 1+ year of call center experience Must live in the United States and work in the US (cannot take equipment out of country, VPN verifies this) Description Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to reputed company sure reputed company insurance requirements are met

Daily Duties: -14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones reputed company day - Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high). - Upload information to company's internal website. - Leave scripted messages reputed company insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages). Shift 3 weeks of training, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm CST and then move to a shift, Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm CST #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lafayette, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
